Akhilesh Yadav Early life

Akhilesh Yadav was born on July 1, 1973, in Saifai village of Etawah district, his father Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav and his mother's name is Malati Devi, who died in childhood.

Akhilesh Yadav started his early studies in the Military School of Rajasthan, Dhaulpur, and then he graduated in Civil Environment Engineering, after which Akhilesh went abroad, where he graduated from the Sydney University in Post Graduation in Environmental Engineering.

Akhilesh contested from Firozabad constituency of Uttar Pradesh in the by-election in May 2009, from Lok Sabha, he won by defeating BSP candidate SPS Baghel by nearly 67 thousand votes. Along with that he also won from Kannauj seat, but later resigned from the Ferozabad seat and kept Kannauj seat with him.
